Return Merchandise

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of
receipt of merchandise. |
|

All returns require a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number issued by UFS Tanning. |
|
| |
Valid RMA number must be written clearly on the
outside packaging of the shipping box or it will not be accepted
upon delivery. |
|
| |
Costs of packaging is non-refundable. |
|
| |
All merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking
fee. |
|
| |
All merchandise must be in original external
packaging with original UPS or USPO labeling, including any
additional packaging materials. |
|
| |
All merchandise must be bagged separately to
reduce shipping damage. Each piece must include original serial
and style numbers on the original labels. |
|
| |
All jewelry is shipped in new condition and
must be returned as such. Any piece that appears to be worn,
used, or tarnished will be discarded without replacement or
credit issued. |

Special orders and/or custom merchandise is not
returnable or refundable. |
|

Closeout or discontinued merchandise is sold on
an as-is basis and is not returnable or refundable. ALL
CLOSEOUT/DISCONTINUED SALES ARE FINAL WITHOUT EXCEPTION. |

Damaged, defective or broken merchandise must
be returned within the 7 day limit for exchange ONLY. Should the
exact merchandise be out of stock or no longer offered, a
replacement of equal value will be substituted at the sole
discretion of Ultimate Fashion Studio. |

A request to return goods is not a guarantee
that all goods will be returnable. Ultimate Fashion Studio
reserves the right to refuse and return for any reason upon
inspection of incoming return items. Our receiving of any return
merchandise in no way obligates us to credit the goods. Ultimate
Fashion Studio is not responsible for any shipping or freight
costs incurred by the customer as a result of the desire to
return or exchange merchandise. We do not issue call tags. A
shipping credit may be applied to future orders on returns as a
result of defect at the discretion of Ultimate Fashion Studio. |

Ultimate Fashion Studio will make one attempt to return
ship any goods that do not meet the above stated return
policies. If customer refuses the return shipment, Ultimate
Fashion Studio
will hold the goods for 30 days. Any request for reshipment of
the goods will be at the customers expense. After 30 days unreturnable goods will be destroyed with no obligation on our
part to issue a credit. |
